- 3+ years of experience in similar position (as PM or BA), preferable in IT outsourcing company;
- Clearly understand project management concepts and best practices;
- Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban;
- Working experience in writing business, functional and non-functional requirements;
- Experience of creation and support technical documentation and developing drafts of user interfaces;
- Use case/ User stories descriptions creation experience;
- Working experience in system, process and data flow modelling fluent in English.
